Refund Policy
Everything we sell is an instant digital download, so this page explains our refund and returns policy, and how we make things right if there is ever a problem.
Digital products
All Gabe O Creative products are digital products — downloadable files (such as PDFs) or Google Sheets templates delivered as a private “Make a Copy” link. Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
All-Access Membership
The All-Access Membership is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) that lets you download anything in the shop while it is active.
- Cancel anytime. Manage or cancel from your account page (Manage membership). Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — we never cut you off early.
- No partial refunds. Because membership gives immediate access to every digital product, payments already made (including the current month or year) are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- Yearly plan. The annual plan is billed once per year. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the remainder of the current year stays active and is not refunded pro-rata.
- Billing mistakes. Charged after you cancelled, or charged twice? Contact us and we’ll refund the incorrect charge straight away.
We want you to be happy
If something is not right, please contact us first at hello@gabeocreative.com, we genuinely want you to love what you downloaded, and most issues are quick to solve.
- File won’t download or open? Email us and we’ll send your files directly.
- Wrong item or a problem with the file? Tell us within 30 days and we’ll fix it or, where appropriate, issue a refund.
- Charged twice / a payment error? Contact us and we’ll refund any duplicate charge straight away.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. By completing your purchase you agree that, as the digital content is supplied immediately, your right to cancel may not apply once the download has begun.
